Basic Yoga/Yoga A great start for all ages, a slow introduction to basic yoga postures. Suitable for all levels.  
  Hatha Yoga    
This form of yoga is one of the most popular; it involves physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). These two practices form the bulk of hatha yoga which emphasizes on strengthening and purifying the body.
 
  Vinyasa Yoga     This class allows the teacher to focus on various aspects of a practice. Whether it be a flowing sequence of postures connected with sun salutations, or more detailed work on correct alignment and breath.  
  Dynamic Yoga     Involves a series of postures in one continues flowing movement; It is athletic and requires a lot of energy.  
  Kundalini Yoga     It is a yoga that activate your body chakaras change your microsim and macrosim that will make your youthful, cheerful, enlighten and peaceful.  
  Basic mat Pilates     Learn the basic of pilates with mat. No stress workout on the core muscles which help you achieve better postures and lean muscles.  
  Power Balance     An unique blend of movements from Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates which increases flexibility core strength & mobility while improving coordination & balance.  
  Tai Chi     Traditional Chinese conditioning exercise that combines deep breathing, relaxation with slow and gentle structured movement.
